DefenseWeb employees get eight paid holidays per year. Employees also earn three weeks of personal leave per year when they start, four weeks after three years, and five weeks after seven years. Personal leave may be utilized for vacation, personal holidays and for family or personal illness. In addition to personal leave, employees are also entitled to take an additional two paid days off per year to volunteer in their community.

We provide health care and dental insurance to employees through a choice of HMO or PPO plans. Our insurance programs allow you to you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments and minimal paperwork. Preventive care includes annual physicals and well-baby checkups. Additionally, DefenseWeb offers a vision PPO with low co-pays for routine vision exams and lenses. DefenseWeb also administers a Flexible Spending Account that pays for any eligible uninsured health or dependent expenses with pre-tax dollars.
In addition to its employee health and dental insurance programs, DefenseWeb offers free disability and life insurance, as well as business travel accident insurance.
DefenseWeb encourages employees to contribute a tax-deferred percentage of their incomes to the company’s 401(k) plan, which includes mutual funds managed by Fidelity Investments. DefenseWeb pays all administrative costs for the program and provides a generous matching program to help you reach your savings goals.
