Dr. Elder Granger, M.D., Major General, US Army Retired

Major General Elder Granger served as the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), Washington, DC from December 2005 to May 2009. In this role, he was the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) on DoD health plan policy and performance. He oversaw the acquisition, operation and integration of DoD's managed care program within the Military Health System. MG Granger led a staff of 1,800 in planning, budgeting and executing a $22.5 Billion Defense Health Program and in ensuring the effective and efficient provision of high-quality, accessible healthcare for 9.2 Million Uniformed Service members, their families, retirees and others located worldwide.

Rear Admiral Johnson retired in 2005 as the Director of TRICARE Regional Operations West, after nearly 30 years of service with the US Navy. At TRICARE, he oversaw five-year, $10 billion health care contracts and integrated health care delivery system for more than 2 million beneficiaries in 21 states in the Western United States. During his distinguished career, Dr. Johnson serviced as Chief Executive Officer of Naval Medical Center in San Diego, Medical Officer of the Marine Corps, and Principal Deputy for Clinical and Program Policy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.

Mr. Olson is a Senior Program Manager with AMTI an Operation of SAIC, a Program Manager for the Senior Official Exercise program working with Congressionally-mandated exercises with Cabinet level and senior federal officials. Since January 2007, he has been the Branch Manager leading six national level exercise programs, all coordinated through the Department of Homeland Security.
