Mr. Nascenzi is an accomplished executive with over 30 years experience in information systems and analytics. Before assuming his position as President and CEO of DefenseWeb, Mr. Nascenzi was the Chairman and CEO of Extrabux, a fast growing e-commerce start-up, where he still serves as a director. Prior to Extrabux, he was the president and founder of ElementOne, an innovative provider of real-time targeting solutions. He was appointed COO of TARGUSinfo upon ElementOne’s merger into TARGUSinfo. Prior to founding ElementOne, Mr. Nascenzi was the president and CEO of Claritas, a marketing analytics company. During his eight-year tenure with Claritas, Mr. Nascenzi directed the development of several new products and led the company to successive years of record revenues and profits.

Kevin Herdman

Mr. Herdman has over 19 years of experience as a certified public accountant in both public accounting and within the healthcare industry. Mr. Herdman worked for Deming, Malone, Livesay and Ostroff CPAs in Louisville, Kentucky for several years as an accounting and auditing manager before transitioning into the healthcare industry as the accounting manager of Humana Military Healthcare Services where he worked for seven years.

At DefenseWeb, she is responsible for managing all business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the company’s Army, Air Force, Navy/Marine Corps, and Healthcare business channels.

She leads the company’s HR programs which span across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and retention, employee productivity and engagement, and is responsible for facilitating organizational and cultural change.

Robert Rasmussen
Director of Government Operations
Mr. Rasmussen is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional with over 15 years of program and project management experience. He brings significant technology experience leading large international teams and multi-million dollar projects. Prior to joining DefenseWeb, Mr. Rasmussen spent 10 years delivering 3rd and 4th generation mobile networks and network management systems in Northern Europe and Scandinavia. Mr. Rasmussen is a US Navy veteran and has earned an MBA from National University.
