In Kind Services
Each year, DefenseWeb employees donate hundreds of volunteer hours and professional software development services to organizations with missions similar to our own—supporting active and retired military Service Members, their families and our communities. Our corporate parent, Humana Inc., encourages and promotes charitable activities and participates in unique partnerships with civic, community, cultural and environmental organizations. Employee Volunteer Program
DefenseWeb pays for its employees to spend two days per calendar year contributing their labor to the charitable organization of their choice. For example, one of many ways DefenseWeb employees get actively involved is by delivering nutritious meals to home-bound seniors in on our Meals-on-Wheels Adopt-A-Route program, a local and nation-wide charitable effort.
